Requirements:
- Male / Female
- Graduated from SMIP/ SMK Tourism, Diploma Tourism,
Bachelor Degree majoring in travel & tourism from reputable academic /
university
- With minimum 1 years experience or at least had job
training(s) in tour and travel agent
- Ability to use Abacus reservation system
- Ability to communicate effectively, both in oral and
written English and have leadership
- Qualified in reservation and issuing ticket for
domestic and international.
- Capable of serving request for Hotel Vouchers, Domestic
& International Travel Packages and Travel Documents.
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, positive mind, able to
work under pressure, good interpersonal skills, ability to work in team
based environment as well as individual contributor
