CCM Group - Finance Controller (Bali - Baturiti)

We are a successful and rapidly growing Indonesian holding company oversees 40+ companies in a very diverse line of business including trading, retail, manufacturing, construction, property, plantation, forestry, convention center, and hotel, based in Jakarta.

Currently, one of our subsidiaries is a boutique hotel & resort in Central Bali, looking for an individual who will be providing the management team with meaningful and timely information on the status of company’s performance in order to assist in achieving bottom line results.

Based in BALI, the incumbent of this position will assist management proactively with cost containment, revenue enhancement, profit improvement opportunities & safeguarding of the company’s assets.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting
• Min. 8 years experience in the service industry within the finance & accounting function, preferably had several years experience in hotel industry
• Able to develop, monitor and maintain management information system & procedures
• Proven administrative, leadership and management ability in the areas of strategic planning and organizational development
• Excellent communication skills and leadership quality
• Highly initiative person & excellent team player
• Able to work under pressure also with personnel from all levels
• Willing to be placed in BALI - Baturiti
