Situated in the main strip of Gili Trawangan (Lombok, NTB), Cayu café is offering a unique experience of rustic ambience with a selection of fresh and tasty cuisine. We are opening in February 2013.

Waitress / Waiter
Nusa Tenggara Barat - Gili Trawangan, Lombok

Responsibilities:

• Present menus to guests and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.
• Escort guests to their tables.
• Always make sure guests are assisted promptly at all time.
• Explain, if questioned, how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods.
• Inform guests of daily specials.
• Prepare billss that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes.
• Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to kitchen for cleaning.
• Serve food and/or beverages to patrons; prepare and serve specialty dishes at tables as required.
• Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware.

Requirements:

• Pleasant and outgoing personality. Polite, friendly good mannered.
• Can speak English.
• Willing to learn and to be trained professionally.
• Hard working and can live on a small island.
• 1 year of working experience.
